Questions people ask
What counts as physical activity?
Any sport, gym session, cardio, running or walking that raises your heart rate.
Can I take part from home?
Yes. Walking, yoga, climbing stairs, exercise or cycling at home all count.
I’m a member of another gym. Can I join?
Yes, members of other gyms and sports centres can become Health Advocates.
What if I miss a day?
That’s fine, as long as you reach the month’s total number of active days.
How do I record my progress?
Screenshot your step count, or photograph yourself, the court, the cardio machine readout or your scorecard with the date, then upload it.
Does the 40% discount apply every month?
Yes, it applies to every monthly enrollment fee.
When is a SMASH ID cancelled?
After one month of inactivity the ID goes to a new member. Forged documents or images also lead to cancellation.
How to pay the enrollment fee

At the counter. Pay in the SMASH hall and you’ll get your Health Advocate ID, which you use from then on.

Where it started.

“Smash iT” started as an idea from a business student in CCIXER’s Tech Gateway Program: break the stereotypes with a place open to everyone, whatever their gender.

A place to play sport, get social, discuss new ideas and earn rewards for staying healthy, helping professional and casual players alike smash the money barriers that stop them chasing their game.
